This role is part of the ICC – Facilities GM South America team, collaborating closely with the corporate ICC team, Operations, Non-Manufacturing Infrastructure, Finance, Procurement, and other partner areas. **Your Responsibilities:** * Manage software licenses and serve as administrator for implementation, training, and management of Restaurant and Transportation applications. * Consolidate, process, and analyze facilities-related operational and financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and productivity improvement. * Automate recurring analyses and routines (SQL, reports, templates) to reduce rework and error risk. * Build and maintain management dashboards and reports (Power BI and GM corporate tools) for tracking expenses, investments, SLAs, and supplier performance. * Partner with the corporate team to ensure alignment with official platforms (BI, Python, KNIME) and GM’s data governance standards. * Support the regional Facilities team with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly control—including ad-hoc analyses and decision-making support. * Translate business requirements into structured analyses and present strategic insights and recommendations to leadership. **Location:** São Caetano do Sul/SP or São José dos Campos/SP **Your Skills and Competencies (Required Qualifications):** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence (BI), Controlling, or related areas—with focus on operational costs and decision-making. * Proficiency in SQL, Python, KNIME, or similar tools for data analysis and automation. * Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, macros). * Strong command of Power BI and BI tools for data modeling and managerial dashboard development. * Ability to translate complex analyses into clear, concise messages tailored to diverse audiences. * Analytical, organized mindset with ownership mentality and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Willingness to work in São Caetano do Sul or São José dos Campos (both in the State of São Paulo) **What May Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):** * Experience in medium-to-large corporate environments, working with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Facilities. * Experience handling industrial/automotive data. * Familiarity with SAP/eSAP and corporate financial reporting. * Knowledge of applied statistics and data visualization, with emphasis on exploratory analysis and decision-support. * Understanding of data governance (data quality, KPI standardization, master data management). * Experience in cost optimization, productivity improvement, and continuous service enhancement. * Intermediate English or Spanish for interaction with regional teams. \#LI\-AS \&\#xa;\&\#xa;GM does not provide immigration\-related sponsorship for this role.
