




Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Support Assistant to support, clarify doubts, and resolve customer issues with empathy, using strategic tools and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes. We are looking for a CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSISTANT. RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Support: Learn and master our products to clarify doubts and resolve issues with empathy and agility. Goals and Tools: Strategically use company tools (CRM, internal systems, phone, chat, etc.) to meet customer service metrics. Organization: Manage chat-based support, prioritizing requests with a customer-centric focus and assisting in onboarding processes. Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements that optimize processes and elevate the customer experience, contributing to Seventech’s growth. Efficient Execution: Meet deadlines and complete tasks responsibly while maintaining daily organization. REQUIREMENTS: Clear and Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt language to the customer’s profile. Proactivity: Genuine interest in learning, anticipating needs, and proposing practical solutions. Teamwork: Collaboration, active listening, and willingness to co-create with the team. System Proficiency: Ability to quickly learn and efficiently use customer support tools and systems. Commitment: Alignment with Seventech’s values, adherence to our code of conduct, and work methodology. WORK HOURS: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. LOCATION: Campinas/SP city center (100% in-person position).
