If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and are passionate about gastronomy, this position is for you. * **About the company (client):** A traditional restaurant operating for over 20 years, focused on quality and excellence in service, valuing teamwork and technical rigor. * **Key Responsibilities:** * Cutting and preparing vegetables, greens, meats, and fish. * Preparing sauces, salads, and assisting in plating dishes. * Washing utensils and daily sanitation of the workplace. * Inventory control and organization. * **Candidate Profile:** * Experience in kitchen routines. * Resilient profile capable of working on feet and in high-temperature environments. * Full focus on hygiene and organization. * **Important Information:** * Availability to work from Tuesday to Sunday (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM \- 1 Sunday off per month) * Must reside in Mongaguá * Collective holidays during Christmas and New Year week Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) On-site meal
