As a Sales Consultant, you will be the school’s voice to prospective students, guiding them through the entire process—from the initial conversation to finalized enrollment—with consistent focus on results and warm service. * Prospect new students and promote courses in person, by phone, and via digital channels. * Conduct in-person consultations, WhatsApp interactions, and social media engagements. * Promote offers, send email marketing campaigns, and make proactive calls. * Schedule visits and monitor the service funnel until closure. * Receive payments, issue contracts and bank slips, and support collections. * Support students (grades, attendance, exams) and instructors. * Update systems/CRM and sales reports. Requirements: Mandatory Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in inside sales/commercial roles and customer service. * Experience with administrative routines (contracts, bank slips, collections). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). * Experience using CRM systems. * Clear communication, organization, and strong time management skills. * Proactive, adaptable profile focused on goals and results. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in schools, free courses, or educational institutions. * Experience with sales via WhatsApp, social media, and email marketing. * Interest or affinity for gastronomy and culinary fields. * Track record of exceeding sales targets or receiving commercial awards.
