Great opportunity for development **Compensation & Benefits Analyst (Rewards Americas)** Hybrid model | Regional scope: Americas We are seeking an analytical, organized, and career-driven professional eager to develop expertise in Compensation & Benefits to support initiatives across the Americas region. **Key Responsibilities** * Support compensation and benefits analyses; * Consolidate and validate data sets; * Support payroll cycles, benchmarking, and incentive programs; * Assist with regional projects and schedule tracking; * Interface with internal departments, consulting firms, and vendors. **Requirements** * Intermediate/advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS); * Intermediate PowerPoint; * Knowledge of HR, compensation, or benefits processes; * Intermediate/advanced English; * Analytical, organized, and collaborative mindset. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in HR, Rewards, Finance, or Consulting; * Exposure to regional projects; * Spanish.
