Maintaining customer relationships and after-sales support **Main Responsibilities:** * Prospecting and customer management * Following up on commercial proposals and closing sales; * After-sales support and maintaining customer relationships; * Preparing commercial reports and monitoring performance indicators; * Working in alignment with medical sector regulations and standards. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in commercial roles; * Experience with medical devices; * Knowledge of regulatory processes (ANVISA). **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 07:30 to 17:30 Friday: 07:30 to 16:30 Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2.239,13 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you consider yourself a communicative person?
