Prepare cost estimates, control expenses, and propose optimization measures. Size labor, equipment, and materials to ensure efficiency. Monitor activity progress, identify deviations, and propose adjustments. Prepare progress reports, tracking charts, and performance indicators. Align planning with engineering, architecture, and suppliers. Use software such as MS Project, Primavera, Advanced Excel, and ERP systems. Provide strategic information to site engineers and managers, ensuring execution adheres to the plan. Identify potential delays or bottlenecks and propose preventive solutions.
