Organization and quality standards in dish assembly **Working Hours:** From **8:00 AM to 4:30 PM**, with a **1-hour break** **Must reside in Campinas - SP** **Job Description:** We are looking for an experienced **Griddle Cook** to prepare dishes and portions, ensuring efficiency, organization, and quality during preparation—particularly in high-order-volume environments. **Required Knowledge, Experience, and Prerequisites:** * Proven experience as a **Griddle Cook** * Experience with **high-volume production** * Experience operating **griddle and deep fryer** * **Availability and willingness** to work every day of the week, including **Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays**, with **one weekly day off** **Job Responsibilities:** * Prepare **portions and dishes** on griddle and deep fryer * Assemble dishes according to house standards * Read and process **order tickets efficiently** * Manage time effectively to handle **multiple simultaneous orders** * Assist in **kitchen cleaning and organization** * Maintain **quality standards** and appropriate dish delivery timing Job Type: Full-time CLT
