All selection processes conducted by **CS INFRA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor operations in real time through tracking and control systems (GPS, apps, dashboards). * Follow route execution, identify deviations, and propose immediate solutions. * Record operational incidents and communicate them to responsible departments. * Ensure efficient communication between drivers, field teams, and management. * Support the preparation of performance reports and operational indicators. * Manage incidents such as delays, mechanical failures, or route disruptions. * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Customer service channel, assigning waste collection tickets to supervisors. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school (preferably technical or higher education completed or in progress in Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or related fields). * Experience in operational monitoring, logistics, or transportation will be an advantage. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with tracking systems. * Good communication, organization, and ability to make decisions under pressure. * Availability to work afternoon and night shifts. **Additional information** The traditional benefits you already know?
