Located in the East Zone of São Paulo’s capital city, these lines serve over 4.6 million people, constituting one of the city’s primary daily transportation corridors.** **In addition to operation and maintenance, Trivia will assume responsibility for modernizing the region’s railway system. We currently have an opportunity for a Consolidator role within the CCM (Maintenance Control Center) team.** **If you meet the requirements for this opportunity, please apply—and don’t forget to share it with your professional network.** **Our job openings are also inclusive.** **\#TriviaTrens \#opportunities** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure safe, organized, and traceable CCM operations during each shift by recording, monitoring, and controlling operational incidents; * Manage access and execute electrical shutdowns, working collaboratively with the Operations Control Center (CCO), field teams, and technical departments; * Guarantee information reliability, correct procedure application, and mitigation of operational risks—contributing to uninterrupted rail service, team safety, and technical support for tactical decisions assigned to the CCM; * Operate in a highly critical environment involving multiple simultaneous incidents and requiring real-time decision-making, ensuring strict control over access, shutdowns, and systemic records; * Balance technical execution of switching operations and work releases with administrative management of Emergency Corrective Orders and other records, ensuring traceability, standardization, and clear communication among involved departments—preventing risks arising from information failures, unauthorized access releases, or loss of operational situational awareness. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed technical education in the following fields: Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electromechanics, Electronics, and/or related areas; * Experience or practical exposure to activities such as shutdowns, switching operations, work consignment, and work release; * Experience or practical exposure to electrical systems—industrial or metro-railway; **Desirable Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Engineering; * Experience or practical exposure to highly critical operational environments; * Field experience in electrical maintenance (substations, switchgear cabinets, panels, and remote control systems). **Additional Information** Benefits: Medical Assistance (Sulámerica) Life Insurance Meal Voucher: R$ 1\.154,00 Transportation Voucher Gympass Profit Sharing (PLR) **Trivia is the concessionaire of Grupo Comporte, responsible for the future operation and maintenance of São Paulo’s metropolitan train Lines 11–Coral, 12–Safira, and 13–Jade, known as the Alto Tietê Lot.
