Join us and become a game changer! :) **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform client billing, ensuring correct invoice issuance for different group CNPJs; * Monitor and oversee the billing process, ensuring adherence to deadlines and compliance with tax requirements; * Interact with operational departments to receive and verify measurements; * Maintain contact with clients for billing validation and release; * Issue electronic invoices (NF\-e/NFS\-e) and related documents; * Support the control and organization of tax and financial documents; Contribute to improvements in billing processes and internal controls. * **Requirements and Qualifications** Previous experience in billing, finance, or tax areas; Experience managing processes and administrative routines; ERP system experience and electronic invoice issuance will be considered a plus; Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in billing activities; Clear and concise communication for interaction with clients, teams, and internal departments; Ability to manage multiple deadlines and concurrent demands; Proactivity in problem-solving and process improvement; Ethical conduct and responsibility in handling confidential information. Tools and Systems: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Use of corporate email (Gmail); ERP experience, preferably TOTVS Protheus; Experience with client portals for billing submission and tracking. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of electronic invoice issuance (NF\-e, NFS\-e); Familiarity with tax and fiscal routines (ISS and other taxes); Experience in billing processes and administrative controls.
