Check the details about the position: * Perform the admission process for patients and foreigners in a humanized and welcoming manner for clinical or surgical treatments, elective or emergency; * Perform correct and complete registration of care for emergency and/or elective patients (outpatient and SADT); * Request authorization from the health plan for emergency care, consultations, and tests performed; * Correctly fill out the on-duty incident log; * Receive private invoices when necessary; * Welcome and guide the client with clear information, attending to their various requests in person or by phone; * Receive items from clients, doctors, and the board of directors, as well as correspondence, log the receipt, and forward them to the recipient and/or inform about their storage at the reception; * Perform administrative tasks assigned by management, ensuring the smooth operation of the department; * Interact with other sectors or departments to gather necessary data or information; * Other related activities. **Requirements and qualifications** If you believe that **care** begins with preparation and intention, this may be your place.
