We are looking for a **Customer Service Representative** to join our team in the South Zone of POA (Cavalhada or Ipanema)! If you enjoy interacting with people, are agile, organized, and detail-oriented, this could be your opportunity. We seek a committed individual focused on delivering excellent customer service and contributing to maintaining a well-organized and welcoming store environment. **Salary:** R$ 1\.812,95 **Working Hours:** 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM, with a 1-hour break, Monday through Saturday (Sundays and holidays scheduled on rotation). **Benefits:** Transportation Voucher (VT) \+ Meal Allowance (VA) (R$ 600.00\) \+ 10% monthly cash-handling bonus \+ performance-based incentive. **Work Locations:** Cavalhada or Ipanema. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist customers and support product selection; * Process sales and complete payments at the register; * Organize and restock products on shelves; * Maintain a clean and orderly environment; * Register and look up products in the system using a computer. ### **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in customer service or sales; * Basic computer skills.
