**What you’ll do:**

The professional will work across all HR subsystems, interfacing with countries in South and Central America, as part of a globally scoped HR function.
The HR Assistant role is responsible for effectively applying well-established HR policies, processes, flowcharts, and checklists in routine activities, and escalating more critical or specialized requests to the supervisor or analysts;
Participates in continuous improvement projects and job rotation;
Handles calls and investigates requests from employees, managers, and HR professionals, ensuring excellence in service delivery;
Uses a variety of technological platforms to perform daily work (CISCO, HR Management System, Snow Service Now, ADP, SharePoint, Office 365, etc.);
Ensures a positive experience for the customer/user;
Leverages multiple information sources to research, document, and provide solutions supporting customer requests;

**Qualifications:**

**Required:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
* Intermediate-level English or Spanish (minimum) \- Comfortable participating in meetings in English or Spanish
* Intermediate Excel (charts, complex formulas, SUMIF, pivot tables)
**Preferred:**
* Experience in generalist HR activities
* HR systems (HRMS, ADP, etc.)
* Advanced Excel (macros/VBA) or Power BI / Power Automate
