As a **Sales Assistant**, your responsibilities will include: * Handling leads via WhatsApp, phone, and e\-mail * Conducting active prospecting using the company's customer database * Preparing proposals and sending catalogs * Managing the entire sales process, including post\-sales follow-up * Keeping the CRM updated **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in internal sales or commercial customer service * Strong communication and organizational skills * Proactive and results-oriented profile * Proficiency in CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and Microsoft Office Suite * Completed high school education * Availability for 100% on-site work **Advantages:** * Experience in the pet, fashion, or health sectors **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance of R$ 190.00/month * Performance bonus (minimum of R$ 1.500,00\) Employment Type: Full-time CLT contract Compensation: Starting at R$2.300,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Sales (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
