




**Prior experience in Treasury required** **Must reside in Jacareí or nearby regions.** The **Treasury Assistant** is responsible for supporting processes from cash register opening to closing, as well as accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow management, and preparation of managerial reports. Key responsibilities of the **Treasury Assistant** include: · Daily reconciliation of cash and debit/credit card receipts, comparing them against reports generated by the company’s system, and forwarding these reconciliations to the office at the beginning of each month; · Daily completion of spreadsheets related to expenses, closing control, deposits, and cashier overages and shortages; · Daily organization and entry of banking data into the system, verifying debit and credit entries, assigning appropriate card brands, and recording overages and shortages where such information is not automatically provided by the system; · Migrating information to the appropriate accounts; · Daily cash register opening and closing; · Performing cash withdrawals from registers and currency exchanges, as needed; · Supporting the HR department in payroll processing, work schedule management, document requests for hiring or termination, bank account setup, and other personnel department routines; · Requesting PPE and uniforms from the HR department, distributing them to employees, and supervising their proper use; · Substituting for Cashiers, as needed; organizing and maintaining accurate and compliant financial and banking documentation.
