We are expanding our team and looking for a **Recruitment and Selection Assistant** to carry out **professional sourcing** aligned with our clients' job profiles. This person will be a key player in the **stages of our selection process**, performing active and strategic talent search, screening, and ensuring delivery of qualified candidates. If you're looking for an opportunity to enter the organizational field, don't have extensive experience but want to learn and grow, this opportunity might be for you! **Responsibilities** * Create and publish job descriptions on appropriate recruitment channels. * Contribute to Employer Branding projects and continuous improvement initiatives in the recruitment process. * Send and follow up satisfaction surveys with clients and candidates. * Develop sourcing strategies, including use of job platforms, social media, and referrals. * Make direct contact with professionals via phone calls, messages, and e\-mails. * Actively attract candidates according to open job profiles. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing higher education in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Previous experience in recruitment is a plus; * Excellent verbal and written communication; * Proactivity and creative thinking to explore different paths when sourcing talent; * Ability to make numerous connections daily, whether by phone, social media, or digital platforms. **What we offer:** * Market-competitive salary; * Benefits including meal allowance, health insurance, life insurance, and Gympass; * Collaborative environment and growth opportunities. **Working hours:** * Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 \- 2 hours lunch break, and Saturdays from 08:00 to 12:00.
