Job Summary: A recruitment and selection professional responsible for posting job openings, screening resumes, monitoring KPIs, and maintaining candidate relationships, with a focus on productivity and quality. Organized, dynamic, and analytical profile **Main Responsibilities** * Post job openings on recruitment platforms; * Screen resumes and conduct candidate hunting; * Monitor job-related KPIs and SLAs; * Ensure timely updates to internal systems and controls; * Maintain close relationships with candidates; * Support strategic initiatives of the Recruiter Center; * Work with a focus on productivity, quality, and customer experience. **Requirements** * Experience in active call center operations. * Experience in recruitment and selection; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organized, dynamic, and analytical profile; * Proficiency with technology and recruitment platforms; * Ability to handle a high volume of job openings; Compensation: R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you have experience in ,posting job openings on recruitment platforms, • supporting strategic initiatives of the Recruiter Center, and monitoring job-related KPIs and SLAs? * Have you worked in an Active Call Center within the Selection area?
