On-site \| Candidates from Indaiatuba, Salto, and surrounding areas If you are an organized, analytical person who enjoys making operations happen efficiently, this position may be right for you. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Organizing and maintaining an updated CRM * Monitoring sales pipeline, proposals, and follow-ups * Managing deadlines and operational SLAs * Supporting with reports and KPIs * Assisting the commercial team * Organizing cross-departmental processes and workflows **We are looking for someone who:** * Is organized and detail-oriented * Has an analytical and proactive mindset * Can prioritize tasks effectively * Communicates well * Is proficient with spreadsheets and systems **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with sales funnels, KPIs, and/or commercial proposals * Background in benefits, insurance, or healthcare sectors * Familiarity with CRM, Excel, and Canva * Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Management Processes, Commercial Management, or related fields **Compensation:** R$ 2\.300,00 to R$ 2\.600,00 per month \+ performance- and SLA-based variable compensation; **Benefits:** Meal/Voucher Allowance (VA/VR) \| Commuter Pass (VT) \| Flexible Card \| Medical and Dental Plans \| Life Insurance \| Mobility Assistance \| Wellhub **On-site position, Monday to Friday, business hours** Want to grow in the commercial field and develop within a challenging environment?
