Job Opening: Digital Marketing Assistant | Creator & Brand Relationship 100% Remote – No prior experience required Arvena Digital is an agency specializing in affiliate and creator management on TikTok Shop, connecting brands, sellers, and influencers to drive results through content, live commerce, and digital growth strategies. We are looking for a communicative, organized, proactive, and digitally passionate individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Assistant, directly managing relationships with creators, affiliates, influencers, and partner brands. Key Responsibilities: * Providing customer service and support to the agency’s affiliates, creators, and influencers * Managing relationships and follow-ups with partner brands and sellers * Assisting with onboarding new creators and affiliates onto TikTok Shop * Offering operational support to resolve platform-related questions and issues * Monitoring campaigns, sample shipments, and promotional activities * Organizing contacts, spreadsheets, schedules, and operational tasks * Facilitating communication between creators and brands to ensure a positive experience for both sides * Supporting the organization of trainings, live sessions, and agency engagement initiatives What We’re Looking For: * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Organized, responsible profile with a sense of priority * Ability to build relationships and deliver excellent customer service * Interest in social media, creators, TikTok, and digital marketing * Proactivity in problem-solving and task tracking * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and digital tools Nice-to-Haves: * Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, or other marketplaces * Background working with creators, influencers, or social media * Knowledge of live commerce, affiliate marketing, or digital customer service * Experience in digital marketing or client relationship management What We Offer: * Fully remote work with flexibility and autonomy * A light-hearted, dynamic environment with growth opportunities * Direct interaction with creators, brands, and the social commerce ecosystem * Professional development within a rapidly expanding market If you love the digital world, creators, TikTok, and want to grow alongside a scaling agency, we’d love to meet you.
