Dynamic involvement with direct customer contact We are seeking a professional to work as a Collections Assistant for a multinational manufacturing company located in the Atibaia\-Jarinu SP border area. **Position Objective** Support the collections department in the operational control of Accounts Receivable by conducting daily follow-up on outstanding items, contacting customers, and updating information, thereby contributing to the reduction of delinquency and process organization. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; Prior experience in collections, accounts receivable, or financial administrative routines (preferred); Basic knowledge of Excel and ERP systems; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and discipline in routine follow-up; Proactive profile with a results-oriented mindset. **Responsibilities:** Update and monitor daily the portfolio of delinquent customers (AR); Contact customers for collections, send payment reminders, and confirm expected receipt dates; Record customer interactions, agreements, and follow-up responses in the system; Assist in identifying reasons for payment delays, such as delivery issues, billing errors, or documentation problems; Issue and forward invoices to customers; Escalate more complex or critical cases to the Collections Analyst; Assist in preparing daily reports tracking Accounts Receivable; Support payment reconciliation and system posting of payments; Maintain organization and up-to-date documentation and controls for the department.
