




**Responsibilities:** Handle the receipt and response to freight quotation requests, both in prospecting new customers and converting freight quotations for Global’s existing customers, via email, WhatsApp, and telephone. Conduct outbound customer service activities focused on recovering unconfirmed quotations. Accurately route requests related to complaints, incidents, shipment tracking, and other demands to the appropriate service departments. Schedule pickups after freight confirmation, ensuring all customer information—including contacts, registration data, and quotation details—is accurate and duly updated in the ESL system. Propose and negotiate pickup and delivery rates under special transportation conditions, preparing quotations tailored to the customer profile and cargo characteristics. Collaborate closely with Global’s internal departments, partners, and operational bases to secure optimal freight terms for negotiation with customers. Address operational pending items requiring freight quotations, ensuring smoothness and efficiency throughout the operational process. Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
