Careful and discreet communication with clients High School Diploma Job Responsibilities / Mandatory Requirements Assisting bereaved families. * Support during masses and internal and external events (cemeteries and churches). * Delivery of certificates and in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp sales of services for wake and seventh-day masses. * Preparation of memorial books, prayer cards, and other services relevant to the position. * Punctuality and strict adherence to the work schedule. * Wearing the uniform at all times. * Treating all clients and colleagues with respect and courtesy. * Performing other duties pertinent to the position and following established procedures. Desirable Qualifications Good diction. * Approach clients subtly and carefully. * Be discreet. * Possess a Class B driver’s license. * Proficiency in LibreOffice. * Basic knowledge of liturgy. * Availability to work flexible hours (morning, afternoon, and night).
