




The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the company's administrative routines, ensuring organization, document control, and support to internal departments. They will handle operational requests, contributing to process efficiency and smooth office operations. **Responsibilities:** * Organize and manage documents, files, and spreadsheets. * Provide support for administrative activities within departments (finance, procurement, HR, or operations, as needed). * Handle telephone and in-person inquiries, directing requests appropriately. * Assist in preparing reports, controls, and performance indicators. * Monitor deadlines and ensure timely updates of information in internal systems. * Support scheduling, meeting logistics, and general office requests. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Administration or related fields currently underway are desirable). * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in administrative roles. * Familiarity with management systems (ERP).
