




**Main responsibilities:** * Monitor employees’ working hours on a weekly, biweekly, and monthly basis. * Verify records of clock-in, clock-out, breaks, and overtime, identifying discrepancies. * Request and document justifications for absences, tardiness, and timecard adjustments. * Ensure all information complies with internal policies, labor legislation, and collective bargaining agreements. * Generate periodic attendance reports and support payroll processing. * Maintain ongoing communication with colleagues regarding inconsistencies and required adjustments. * Archive and organize documents related to working hour records. * Support other administrative tasks as needed. **Desired qualifications:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Administration, HR, or related fields preferred). * Prior experience with time tracking or administrative routines. * Basic knowledge of labor legislation (working hours, overtime, justified absences, time banking). * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. * Proficiency in Excel and electronic timekeeping systems. **Behavioral competencies:** * Proactivity * Ethics and confidentiality * Organization and accuracy * Ability to manage deadlines and multiple concurrent tasks * Strong communication skills Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$2,200.00 – R$2,400.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Microsoft Excel (Mandatory)
