Assist with billing, collections, logistics, as well as issuance of invoices and manifests. Manage company and employee spreadsheets, records, and documents on online platforms. Perform data stratification and monitor processes. Communicate\-directly with the safety department for documentation control related to third-party integration. Relay information to HR and provide general support to other departments. Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Operations Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Secretary may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
