Continuous process improvement **Main Responsibilities and Activities** **Operational Management:** Document organization (bills and invoices); inventory control, including invoice entry into the system; supplier relationship management; support to shipping in order dispatch; logistical support, such as freight scheduling. **Finance:** Customer collections; issuance of invoices and bills; bank reconciliation; support in budgetary control and monitoring. **Data Analysis:** Collection and organization of information for preparing performance, profit, and cost reports; identification of trends and proposal of actions for cost reduction. **Process Improvement:** Identification of operational bottlenecks; proposal of workflow improvements; creation and updating of control spreadsheets. **HR Support:** Support for HR routines, such as attendance tracking, registration of new employees in the timekeeping system, digitization and archiving of physical documents, organization of employee folders (physical and digital), and assistance in organizing internal events (monthly birthdays, holiday calendar, among others).
