Contribution to the best customer experience The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for supporting the restaurant's operational management, ensuring service excellence, product quality, and process efficiency. They will directly lead the team, control costs, and maintain house standards, contributing to the best customer experience. **Requirements:** * Prior leadership experience in the Food & Beverage sector; * Knowledge of team management and restaurant operational routines; * Basic understanding of inventory control, COGS, and performance indicators; * Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills; * Flexible availability. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in managing daily restaurant operations (dining room, bar, and kitchen); * Supervise and guide the team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment; * Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards; * Support inventory control, purchasing, and operational cost management; * Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements; * Resolve conflicts and handle customer service, ensuring service excellence; * Assist in scheduling and timekeeping management for the team; * Contribute to employee training and development. **Benefits:** * Position with fixed salary and commission; * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher; * Health insurance (company covers 50% of the monthly premium for the employee); * Dental insurance (no cost to the employee); * Partnerships with SESC and Estácio University; * Life insurance (no cost to the employee); * On-site meals. **Work Schedule and Rotation:** * 4:00 PM to 12:20 AM (6 days on, 1 day off) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$1.933,83 per month Work Location: On-site
