Uphold a healthy work environment and internal regulations **We are looking for someone to join our operations team and help safely produce and bag high-quality products for our customers.** **Join us in making a difference!** **Responsibilities and Duties** Carry out budgetary control across all cost centers within production areas to ensure expenses are correctly allocated to their respective cost centers and analyze any variances that occur. Process purchase or service requisitions to request managerial approval and subsequently initiate procurement or service delivery. Record service measurements to enable managerial approval and subsequent authorization of payment to suppliers upon completion of contracted services. Register sulfuric acid invoices in the Federal Police system to provide required information on this material and comply with applicable legal requirements. Process travel reimbursement requests to enable reimbursement of travel expenses incurred by employees. Prepare management indicator reports for review by the immediate supervisor. Take responsibility and commit to maintaining a healthy work environment so that everyone can participate and contribute toward optimizing the proposed results. Uphold established internal standards, instructions, and procedures (quality, occupational safety, environmental safety, environmental protection, preventive medicine, and others), follow all guidelines, and attend relevant training sessions to implement preventive actions ensuring optimal environmental and workplace conditions within the company. Perform other related and inherent duties as directed and requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Be aged between **18 and 24 years**, per apprenticeship legislation; * Hold a completed **high school diploma**; * Possess basic **computer skills** (Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel); * Be available to fulfill the **apprenticeship work schedule**, including participation in both theoretical and practical program activities. **Additional Information** We are Cibra, one of Brazil’s largest and most innovative fertilizer companies.
