All selection processes conducted by **RIBEIRA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Document Organization: File, digitize, and catalog various documents (physical and electronic). * Office Routines: Assist in organizing and maintaining the work environment (desk organization, office supplies, etc); * Internal Communication: Deliver and collect internal correspondence; assist in distributing announcements; * Customer Service: Provide support for telephone and/or in-person service (reception of visitors/customers), directing requests to responsible parties; * Departmental Support: Assist various departments (e.g., Finance, HR, Procurement) with simple tasks such as typing, spreadsheet completion, system usage, and data verification; * Tool Usage: Learn to operate office equipment (printer, scanner) and use basic software (Office Suite, email). **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school education currently in progress or completed; * Office Suite proficiency; * Easy access to the Itaim Bibi area in São Paulo. **Additional Information** Founded 17 years ago, RIBEIRA is the real estate assets company of JSP \- Júlio Simões Participações.
