Job Summary: Technical support and laser application professional, focusing on quality, customer prospecting, and service reselling to ensure excellence in treatment. Key Highlights: 1. A dynamic work environment with cross-departmental interaction Availability to work in São Vicente or Praia Grande /SP. CLT employment contract, 44 hours per week. Education: Biomedicine degree with CRBM registration; postgraduate qualification in aesthetic biomedicine or internship in aesthetic biomedicine / Cosmetology and Esthetics degree with CNPB or CRBM registration. Required Knowledge: Basic computer skills, technical customer service, sales techniques, customer engagement techniques, laser parameters. Job Mission: Deliver high-quality service by applying technical expertise to ensure excellence in laser treatment and application. Align this mission with new customer prospecting and service reselling. Job Responsibilities: Customer assessment and laser application; Sales of hair removal packages; Organization and sanitation of the hair removal room and related equipment; Ordering and inventory control of materials and supplies used in hair removal procedures; Monitoring adverse events and unfavorable outcomes, providing assistance and clarifications to customers; Verifying proper operation of the laser machine; Monitoring documentation required by regulatory authorities; Ensuring that applied technical parameters match performed procedures; Maintaining continuous communication with customers throughout the duration of the hair removal contract. Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of public-facing experience preferred; experience in customer acquisition and face-to-face/online sales preferred.
