Agile Delivery Coach

We are looking for an **Agile Coach specializing in Delivery**. We seek a hybrid profile with skills spanning Scrum Master, Delivery Management, and Project Management to work with one of our strategic clients in the insurance sector. Your mission will be to ensure predictability, smoothness, and continuous evolution of the squads’ working system—fostering shared accountability, proactive risk anticipation, continuous improvement, effective use of AI, and generation of sustainable outcomes. You will act as an operational transformation agent, helping teams increase autonomy, improve demand intake quality, reduce bottlenecks, and focus on results. Important: We are **not** seeking a Scrum Master focused solely on ceremonies (e.g., agenda, minutes, board, daily stand-ups), nor a traditional PMO role centered on status consolidation and scheduling. We seek someone who evolves the working system itself and helps teams work better—including through AI. **Responsibilities and duties** * **Flow management:** Ensure end-to-end demand flow smoothness, identify bottlenecks, address blockers, and improve lead time and predictability—providing visibility into risks and dependencies. * **Risk management:** Anticipate risks, ensure mitigation plans are in place, build scenarios (best case, most likely case, worst case), and escalate risks when necessary. * **Operational governance:** Consolidate executive status reports, monitor critical deliveries, structure KPIs, and ensure data consistency. * **Team evolution:** Develop squad autonomy, avoid centralization around Tech Leads, promote shared accountability, stimulate critical thinking, and increase team maturity. * **Demand intake quality:** Collaborate with POs, PMs, and TLs to ensure robust Discovery practices—rejecting incomplete requests, user stories lacking context, or requirements without clear understanding. * **AI applied to work:** Promote practical AI usage, establish best practices, identify opportunities for efficiency gains, and disseminate intelligent tool adoption—helping teams work better *with* AI, not merely *using* it. **Requirements and qualifications** * **Project Management:** Proven experience in scheduling, risk management, dependency management, planning, and executive delivery tracking. * **Agility:** Practical experience with Scrum, Kanban, flow management, metrics, and Lean. * **Facilitation:** Ability to conduct workshops and retrospectives, drive difficult alignments, and manage conflict. * **Influence:** Ability to influence Tech Leads, Product Owners, Project Managers, and business leaders without relying on formal authority. **Desirable:** --------------- * Sufficient technical knowledge to engage meaningfully with Tech Leads (no coding required): APIs, distributed architecture, integrations, legacy systems, and cloud. * Practical experience with AI tools (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) and activity automation. **Additional information** * Meal Allowance and/or Food Voucher; * SESI and SESC health and wellness benefits, offering access to healthcare, wellbeing, and leisure services; * Partnerships with educational institutions, providing exclusive discounts on courses and academic programs; * Opportunities for career growth and participation in strategic projects; * Opportunity to work for a rapidly expanding company in the market.
