Key responsibilities include: \- Supporting job postings across various platforms to ensure visibility and appeal of opportunities. \- Screening received resumes to identify candidates who meet position requirements. \- Scheduling interviews with candidates while maintaining clear and effective communication regarding selection process details. \- Conducting group dynamics and individual interviews to evaluate candidates' competencies and cultural fit with the company. \- Monitoring all stages of the selection process—from screening through to hiring completion—documenting relevant information and candidate feedback. \- Assisting with administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as updating spreadsheets and tracking reports. \- Participating in team meetings to discuss talent attraction strategies and improvements to selection processes. In addition to these responsibilities, the intern may also be involved in other HR-related projects, providing a rich and comprehensive experience in the field. **Requirements:** \- Must currently be enrolled in an undergraduate program; \- Proficiency in Excel is a plus.
