Job Summary: A professional responsible for handling administrative, procurement, and HR-related tasks; performing maintenance; organizing the warehouse; delivering items; and providing various types of support. Organizing the warehouse and managing materials **FULLY ON-SITE WORK IN CAMPINAS/SP** ***Only resumes from candidates located in Campinas/SP and surrounding areas will be considered.*** REQUIREMENTS * High school diploma * Driver's license – Category B (mandatory, as the position includes a company vehicle for work use); **Additional job details:** * Handle requests from Procurement, Administration, and HR departments; * Collect signatures from employees, contractors, and clients on documents when required; * Perform internal preventive and corrective building maintenance services; * Conduct fleet inspections; * Organize warehouse items (PPE, office supplies, uniforms, and other items); * Deliver requested materials (PPE, uniforms, or office supplies) to requesters; * Perform external services when necessary; * Handle telephone calls and front desk duties (receiving goods, mail, and visitors—including clients, new employees, and contractors). * Maintain, clean, preserve, secure, and control all materials, devices, equipment, and the workplace. * Perform minor and medium repairs on operational equipment; * Carry out minor and medium masonry works.
