**Responsibilities**
* **Document organization and management:**
Sorting, verification, and archiving of documents (e.g., contracts, internal policies, terms, employee and third-party files), ensuring they remain up-to-date and accessible for internal or external audits. May also assist in resolving outstanding documentation issues.
* **Support for audits and internal controls:**
Executing compliance checklists, gathering information from internal departments (HR, Finance, Operations), and verifying adherence to policies, internal standards, and labor legislation. May assist in identifying inconsistencies and tracking action plans.
* **Report preparation and controls:**
Consolidating data and preparing simple reports on audits, non-conformities, and regularization status. Supporting monitoring of compliance indicators and organizing evidence.
* **Initial validation and review of documents:**
Conducting preliminary reviews of contracts, registrations, and labor-related documents to verify alignment with internal standards (e.g., presence of mandatory clauses, signatures, dates, consistency of information), always under the attorney’s supervision.
* **Support for training and internal policies:**
Assisting in organizing training materials, attendance lists, and participation tracking for compliance trainings (e.g., harassment, ethics, and conduct). Also assisting in updating policies and internal communications.
* **Coordination with HR and other internal departments:**
Collaborating with HR to collect employee documents, verify onboarding and offboarding processes, and review contracts—ensuring compliance with internal standards and legal requirements.
**Requirements**
* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in **Human Resources, Administration, Law**, or related fields.
* Basic knowledge of labor routines and personnel department operations;
* Familiarity with labor legislation;
* Experience with physical and digital document organization and management;
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Word);
* Ability to read and verify documents;
* Attention to checklists and internal controls.
* **Discretion and diligence in handling information are also essential.**
