




Job Summary: An operational support professional responsible for data entry and system updates, document organization and control, and administrative interface. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and control of fiscal and legal documents **Responsibilities:** * Enter and update information in the **TOTVS** system; * Access municipal portals to consult, validate, and track bills and fiscal documents; * Organize, archive, and control physical and digital documents from the finance and legal departments; * Update and maintain Excel control spreadsheets; * Sort, verify, and prepare documentation for legal requests; * Digitize and catalog documents for internal storage and control; * Serve as a support interface between the administrative department; * Provide operational support. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Availability: 8 AM to 3 PM, Monday to Friday. * Location: South Zone \- São José dos Campos \- 100% on-site Compensation: R$950.00 per week Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
