




Provide administrative support in the following departments: HR, finance, logistics, and operations. Process and organize various documents, complying with the necessary procedures related to them. Answer telephone calls from internal and external clients. Assist with bureaucratic tasks such as scheduling interviews and occupational medical examinations, entering invoices, creating and updating auxiliary spreadsheets, and other routine administrative duties. Provide and obtain information regarding products and services.
