The **Gourmet Institute**, Brazil's largest network of culinary schools, is seeking a new talent for our unit in **Duque de Caxias**! **What you’ll do daily:** * **Student Support:** Be the main point of contact for our students—answering questions and ensuring an outstanding school experience. * **Financial Support:** Assist with cash management, tuition collection, and contract organization. * **Document Management:** Organize files, student records, and provide general administrative support to coordination. * **Class Support:** Enter attendance, grades, and academic information into the system. * **Sales Interface:** Collaborate with the sales team to ensure new students’ journeys begin as smoothly as possible. **Required Ingredients (Requirements):** * **Completed High School Education** (Pursuing a college degree is a plus). * **Previous experience** in administrative or reception roles. * **Proficiency in Microsoft Office** (especially Excel for control spreadsheets). * **Strong verbal and written communication skills** (you’ll interact directly with the public!). * **Proactive mindset:** Someone who doesn’t wait for things to happen—but makes them happen. **What we offer:** * Market-competitive salary. * Transportation allowance. * Genuine growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding network. * A dynamic, creative work environment—and, of course, the delightful aroma of cake fresh from the oven!
