Responsibilities and Duties **People:** * Build and develop high-performance teams by leading recruitment processes, performance evaluations, technical and behavioral training, as well as recognition and talent retention programs. * Contribute to people management strategy by providing inputs for institutional decisions, succession planning, compensation actions, eligibility analyses, and employee engagement surveys. **Processes:** * Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures, guaranteeing adherence to certifications, security requirements, labor legislation, and other demands related to deployments, integrations, and operational routines. * Promote agility and continuous improvement within the team through mentoring, events, forums, maturity indicator analysis, and encouragement of root cause analysis and impediment resolution. **Projects:** * Manage productive capacity and delivery execution, ensuring proper balance among demand, resource allocation, deadlines, and quality—all aligned with TOTVS’s strategy and visible to stakeholders. * Manage team and operational performance goals and indicators, consolidating data on efficiency, quality, and delivered value, with critical insight into risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. * Support project activity planning and monitoring; * Update schedules, reports, and tracking dashboards to ensure visibility of progress. * Record meeting minutes, action plans, and decisions made during project meetings. * Identify risks and impediments, escalating to the manager as needed. * Ensure communication across teams, supporting task management, dependencies, and status tracking. * Ensure application of processes and methodologies defined by the PMO and governance areas. * Contribute to operational delivery execution, maintaining focus on learning and continuous development. Requirements and Qualifications * Practical experience leading multidisciplinary teams. * Technical background in software engineering and development. * Knowledge of project management. * Ability to manage performance, quality, and value-delivery indicators. * Familiarity with labor legislation applicable to team management. * Skill in delivering feedback, career planning, and succession development. * Education: Completed undergraduate degree (Technology or related fields); postgraduate degree in Management preferred. * Must reside in Ribeirão Preto or surrounding region (position requires 4 days/week onsite). Desired Qualifications * Knowledge of C#, Angular, test automation, and framework development.
