We seek a Full Stack Specialist with AI expertise, strong architectural vision and innovation, who will be responsible for managing and operating a digital Consultant, acting as the focal point for experimentation and application initiatives of AI technologies. This professional’s mission is to foster an AI culture, promote the ethical and strategic use of AI, and support employees and teams in exploring intelligent solutions that add business value. Responsibilities and Duties * Propose conceptual solutions and guide the implementation of AI projects; * Practical experience in AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, and/or Computer Vision projects; * Familiarity with the capabilities and limitations of Generative AI (e.g., LLMs); * Integration of language models (LLMs) with APIs and legacy systems; * Practical knowledge of generative AI and its business applications; * Integrate AI solutions into corporate ERP systems, working on both back-end and front-end development; * Implement and validate POCs (proofs of concept) for new technologies and solutions; * Ensure quality, security, performance, and scalability of solutions; * Systemic vision: understand how technical decisions impact the entire ecosystem; * Collaborate with the Squad following the company-defined agile processes, aiming to achieve team goals; * Ensure deliverables comply with internal best practices and conventions; * Develop Unit Tests, Automated Tests, and document developed functionalities; * Guide and collaborate with the development team in defining business solutions and architecture through research and knowledge sharing with partner areas. Maintain software quality by reviewing processes, tools, and best practices available for the product and technologies used; * Mentor junior developers by supporting their questions, disseminating knowledge, designing and architecting solutions, or recommending supporting documentation. Requirements and Qualifications * Strong programming logic and SOLID principles; * Backend knowledge (C#, .Net, Advpl); * Frontend knowledge (Angular/TypeScript); * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, or related fields; * Proficiency in AI/ML (NLP, LLMs, entity classification and extraction) and analytical ability to translate business problems into AI solutions; * Prompt engineering, MCP, RAG, pipelines, supervised and unsupervised models; * Experience with Generative AI projects; * Databases: SQL and NoSQL; * Version Control: Git and associated tools (Repos, GitHub, GitLab); * APIs and configuration and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines; * Basic information security knowledge and secure development best practices; * Knowledge of Agile methodology, DevOps, and Cloud platforms (Azure). Desirable Qualifications Protheus knowledge; PO-UI knowledge.
