**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Maintain a high standard of humanized, professional, efficient, and effective service to achieve high performance levels, striving to exceed our customers' expectations;
* Provide courteous and efficient patient care, suggesting procedural improvements when current practices are inconsistent with required standards to ensure service quality and institutional service benchmarks;
* Identify and guide patients within the department according to their needs and/or examination location;
* Collaborate with other hospital support services to facilitate and expedite patient care;
* Efficiently and effectively route examination requisitions among examination rooms;
* Maintain organization and cleanliness of the environment;
* Assist with routine distribution of examination results;
* Support services provided by the Clinical Center department;
* Assist in scheduling appointments and examinations.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Be aged between 18 and 22 years;
* Have completed or be currently pursuing high school education;
* Possess strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Have basic computer knowledge;
* Be available to work on-site from Monday to Friday.
