Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining an impeccable point of sale, with a focus on strategic product replenishment, impactful merchandising, and elegant fragrance presentation, as well as monitoring the market and cultivating relationships. Monitor the market, competition, and support brand activations Your responsibilities at the point of sale: * Maintain a clean, organized territory meeting all standards: flawless gondolas, properly applied materials, and everything in its designated place. * Replenish products strategically, adhering to the planogram to maximize fragrance visibility. * Apply merchandising materials accurately and impactfully (wobblers, displays, posters, price tags, etc.). * Present fragrances with confidence and elegance—making customers fall in love at first contact. * Document execution with clear photos and submit reports as agreed. * Monitor the field: conduct price surveys and competitor analysis, and track special promotions. * Cultivate relationships with store managers and earn shelf space through respect and strong brand presence. * Support activations, product launches, and events like holding the flag high in the middle of battle.
