Cultivate relationships and gain space with respect Your responsibilities at the point of sale: * Maintain a clean, organized territory meeting all standards: spotless shelves, properly applied materials, and everything in its correct place. * Restock products strategically, adhering to the planogram to maximize fragrance visibility. * Apply merchandising materials accurately and effectively (wobblers, displays, posters, price tags, etc.). * Present fragrances with confidence and elegance — making customers fall in love at first contact. * Document execution with clear photos and submit reports as agreed. * Monitor the field: conduct surveys and collect pricing data, competitor information, and special promotions. * Cultivate relationships with store managers and gain shelf space through respect and strong brand presence. * Actively support activations, product launches, and events — like holding the flag high in the middle of battle.
