Main Responsibilities: * Conduct entry and exit control for people and vehicles; * Ensure the security and organization of the condominium; * Operate proactively, following established procedures. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Availability to work on a **12x36 shift schedule**, according to assigned shifts.
