Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and committed Security Guard to ensure security, organization, and access control for a residential condominium. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure security, organization, and access control of the condominium. 2. Monitor common areas and ensure compliance with safety regulations. 3. Record incidents and take preventive action. **SECURITY GUARD – RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM \- LIMEIRA** We are looking for a **responsible, attentive, and committed** professional to work as a Security Guard in a residential condominium, directly contributing to the site's **security, organization, and access control**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control entry and exit of residents, visitors, and service providers; * Monitor common areas and ensure compliance with safety regulations; * Record incidents and movements when necessary; * Act preventively to safeguard the integrity of the condominium. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule, either day shift (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM) or night shift (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM). **Benefits:** * Formal CLT employment contract; * Meal allowance: BRL 14.06 per working day; * Food allowance (basic food basket): BRL 187.00; * Transportation allowance (round trip); * Night shift premium, where applicable; * Hazard pay; * All rights guaranteed by law.
