Support for all items in the Service Catalog * POSITION \- USER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN \- Brasilia/DF\* **Location:** Setor de Administração Federal Sul – SAFS, Quadra 2, Lote 3, Edifício Adail Belmonte, CEP 70070\-600 – Brasília/DF **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday \- 08:00–17:00, 09:00–18:00, 10:00–19:00, or 11:00–20:00. **Expected Start Date:** 05/01/2026 * What We Are Looking For: \* Completed Bachelor’s Degree Minimum 4 years of proven experience in user support (Help Desk or Technical Support). Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel. ITIL Training Certification * Responsibilities: \* Directly responsible for receiving service requests through support channels and delivering first-level IT user support for CNMP. When required, these professionals may handle service requests, incident resolution, and problem resolution—regardless of complexity—as long as supported by procedures/scripts available in the knowledge base. Directly responsible for delivering second-level IT user support for CNMP, capable of handling higher-complexity tasks.
