We are looking for a Transportation Assistant to carry out the following activities: In this role, you will Schedule return pickups; Request and verify customer return invoices; Track the return process (from scheduling to inventory receipt); Input information into return spreadsheets (KIPS of returns); Log and monitor cases in SALESFORCE (quality and transportation). **What you need to succeed:** High school diploma or equivalent Customer service experience; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Easy access to the Barueri and Berrini regions in the west zone of São Paulo Why IDEXX?
