Job Summary: A TM specialist will be responsible for demand control, dispatch distribution, prioritization, and ensuring service delivery in accordance with defined processes. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for demand control and distribution 2. Scheduling of Field Service and system updates 3. Monitoring technicians and communication with customers/managers We are seeking TM specialists. Number of positions: 01 ***Shift: 12 x 36 – Remote Work*** ***NOTE:*** This position is for the São Paulo region, as in-person training at Wine Tecnologia's office in Osasco – SP is required. The professional must be responsible for: Demand control, distributing dispatches, prioritizing, categorizing, and ensuring demand fulfillment according to defined processes. Updating service records in the system. Field Service scheduling. Updating information in the company's internal tracking system. Monitoring technicians and external partners. Reporting status to customers and managers. ***Required Knowledge:*** 1 – Advanced Microsoft Office suite 2 – Strong written communication skills 3 – Effective internal and external communication Relevant experience is required.
