Main Activities and Responsibilities: * Assist customers contacting the call center to clarify questions regarding the company's products and services; * Make outbound calls when necessary; * Complete the call tracking spreadsheet for both incoming and outgoing calls; * Redirect incoming calls to the appropriate departments when required. Prerequisites: * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word (basic level); * Strong oral and written communication skills; Skills: * Adaptability to interact effectively with customers of diverse profiles; * Active listening to understand customer needs; * Collaborative mindset to assist colleagues in resolving critical situations.
