University-style environment that supports learning * Technology internship program: expected duration of up to two years, including the first year in infrastructure and the second year in software development. * *Excellent opportunity for growth in the technology field, with a personalized two-year learning program, culminating in potential hiring as a trainee.* * **Technology Internship**, for undergraduate students majoring in **Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems**, or related technology fields. * Currently enrolled students with verified attendance, completing at least the 2nd semester of their undergraduate program and at least one and a half years away from graduation. * **Hybrid work arrangement:** * The first year will be fully on-site, with the infrastructure team; * The second year may be remote, with the software development team. * Monday through Friday, **six hours per day**, with **flexible scheduling.** * Intern and grow at Instituto Infnet, a college focused on Tech Engineering, Data Science, Communication, and Digital Design. * **Opportunity for full-time employment** upon completion of the internship, with scholarship benefits to continue studies at the institution. * **University-style environment that supports your learning**, with access to the library for study and *networking* with faculty and industry professionals. * **Scholarships.** **Responsibilities and Duties** In addition to studying infrastructure, DevOps, automation, and development topics, the candidate will participate in a two-year internship program, as outlined below: **Year 1 \- 100% on-site** * Collaborate with multidisciplinary departments: establish effective communication with various departments at Instituto Infnet, understand their technological needs, and provide appropriate solutions; * Support internal web development projects: participate in initiatives related to asset management systems and web servers, assisting in implementing and maintaining these solutions; * Contribute to automation projects: assist in creating and maintaining automated workflows using the n8n platform, integrating multiple services and optimizing internal processes; * Develop scripts and automations using Google Apps Script: support the creation of scripts to automate tasks in Google Sheets and other Google Workspace tools; * Provide technical support to users: assist with first-level support, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues both on-site and remotely; * Collaborate with Infrastructure and Support teams: work closely with Infrastructure and Support teams, understanding their processes and tools, and contributing to continuous service improvement; * Participate in the on-site routines of the IT department: collaborate on activities such as executing checklists, studying and documenting new processes, and supporting daily IT team deliverables and responsibilities. **Year 2 \- Remote, hybrid, or on-site, to be determined** * Support customization and integration of solutions using WordPress and Moodle platforms; * Contribute to updating and maintaining mobile applications developed in React Native, performing supervised tasks that support course delivery; * Monitor implementation of e-commerce and online education solutions, participating in activities related to undergraduate, graduate, and intensive courses; * Assist in maintaining cloud infrastructure, collaborating to ensure optimal system performance and security; * Work alongside multidisciplinary teams, understanding how technological solutions align with the college’s educational and commercial objectives; * Support identification and resolution of simple technical issues, focusing on integrations between systems and platforms, learning from daily challenges. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Pursuing an undergraduate degree in **Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems**, or related technology fields; * Currently enrolled in at least the **2nd semester**, and at least one and a half years away from graduation; **Desirable:** * English proficiency for reading and writing; * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Ability to work effectively in teams, collaborating with both technical members and end users. **Additional Information** * Internship stipend: * R$ 1\.300,00 for the first year. * R$ 1\.600,00 for the second year. * Transportation allowance for on-site days; * Birthday leave after one year of employment; * Partial scholarships for courses offered by the institution.
